REN CI HOSPITAL is seeking a Manager of Talent Management to oversee performance management and learning and development initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in the community care sector, and will play a key role in shaping HR policies and supporting departmental projects

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the performance management and learning & development of the whole organisation while supporting the Head of Department in various HR functions.
  • Lead and manage talent programmes including high potential and scholarship initiatives, and drive HR transformation projects and departmental initiatives.
  • Support a culture of ownership and continuous learning, motivate and mentor staff, and assist in disciplinary and grievance matters.

Key Requirements
