Lead end-to-end digital transformation and PMO for large capital projects in metals & mining —covering planning, execution, governance, and benefits realization.
Drive adoption of digital/AI solutions (e.g., 5D BIM, advanced scheduling & risk analytics, drone/LiDAR-based progress tracking, IoT geo-fencing for materials, digital twins, and GenAI assistants for controls and reporting) to deliver measurable improvements in time, cost, quality, and safety.
