  • Lead systematic client issue analysis, solution-oriented proposal development (including cost/schedule analysis), and advanced presentation delivery in collaboration with the Work Dynamics Sales team.
  • Oversee comprehensive transition activities (ensuring smooth DAY-1 operational launch) and strategically lead business expansion in collaboration with onsite teams, other business divisions, and regional teams.
  • Manage direct and indirect staff by developing team member development plans, conducting performance evaluations, and providing career development support to enhance departmental skills and talent retention.
