Base: $33.05 - $49.60 per hour; Bonus: Sign-on bonus eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive suite including medical, dental, vision, and retirement match

Key Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or MFT
Full current licensure in North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, LPA, LMFT)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
Residence within 150 miles of Charlotte, NC hub
