Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional finance qualification preferred (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • 10-15 years of Insurance company experience in FP&A or corporate finance
  • In-depth knowledge of health insurance business, regulations & compliances
  • Extensive experience engaging with IRDAI
  • Startup experience or setting up a team from scratch preferred
  • Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Advanced knowledge of financial software (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
