  • The Neuroscience Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing/medical inpatient/outpatient services of Adventhealth within the scope of practice of licensure and as outlined in the Collaborative Practice Agreement and is responsible for eliciting patient histories and conducting comprehensive evaluations.
  • Clinical management of neurosurgical and neurological patients in the ICU, particularly invasive hemodynamic and intra-ventricular monitoring - which includes drainage of cerebral spinal fluid from the brain.

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • National Nurse Practitioner certification
