Job Summary
Visa is seeking an experienced and collaborative Learning & Development Manager to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs across the CMS organization.
Responsibilities include partnering with business stakeholders to identify training needs, designing end-to-end learning experiences, evaluating program effectiveness, and leveraging AI tools throughout the learning lifecycle.
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of days in office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and requires 5-10% travel.

Key Requirements
5+ years relevant work experience with Bachelors Degree
6+ years experience in learning experience design
Hands-on Articulate 360 experience
Video editing software experience
