  • Functions as part of the dialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Supports the organization commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Performs patient care duties including vascular access evaluation, dialysis treatment initiation and discontinuation, and patient education while maintaining infection control standards.
