Job Summary
Join Multnomah County as a Senior Database Administrator to lead our transition from on-premise servers to a modern cloud architecture.
In this role, you will manage databases daily, lead the move to the cloud, protect data through backup plans, fix and improve systems, draw data blueprints, mentor IT staff, and stay updated on tech trends.
The team focuses on providing technical support that keeps the whole County moving and is currently in the middle of a major shift to more modern cloud-based tools.

Working knowledge of BI reporting platforms
Advanced MS SQL Server administration
Working knowledge of SSIS
Working knowledge of Active Directory/Azure Entra ID security
