Salary
$225,000 - $275,000 base; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonuses, potential equity; Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, 401(k)

Key Requirements
10+ years leadership experience
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in operations, technology, legal and compliance
Proven track record implementing tech solutions

MBA or advanced degree in business, operations, or technology is a plus
