  • Support the Pharmacy Operations Manager in overseeing and managing the Pharmacy team including Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements during medication preparation and distribution while monitoring staffing levels to meet KPIs.
  • Manage inventory control, conduct audits of medication safety practices, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
