Job Summary
The Director, Health, Safety and Loss Prevention is responsible for the development, implementation, and direction of organizational programs and processes in health and safety (HSE) and loss prevention to ensure effective risk management, loss control, and a healthy, safe, and productive work environment.
Develop strategic short and long-term plans in HSE and Loss Prevention, advising senior management on emerging trends, challenges, and solutions in health, safety, regulatory affairs, jurisprudence, technological innovations, and best practices.
Lead the development and implementation of HSE and Loss Prevention tools and audits, investigate major accidents or problematic situations, and recommend future preventive measures.
