Job Summary

  • Your role as Competence & Learning Business Representative for the Engineering CoC Function will be to drive the talent and competence management strategy to ensure alignment between human resources and development projects’ requirements.
  • Your missions will focus on organizational development and strategic talent management, including competency mapping and defining development trajectories.
  • You will define and deploy advanced competence management processes and models, including forecasting aspects, working in close collaboration with department managers and HR Business Partners.
