Job Summary

• This is a significant strategic role at the heart of our mission to provide challenging, progressive and relevant music learning for all children and young people.
• You will play a pivotal role in shaping the Curriculum Strategy by bringing expertise of KS3 and 4, supporting its implementation, and ensuring that it becomes embedded in everyday classroom practice across the Hub.
• A core part of the role is to drive continuous improvement, using evaluation, observation and professional dialogue to raise standards across provisions, schools and settings.
