Key Requirements

  • Two years of refrigeration experience or certification
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid Utah Drivers' License
  • Five years of refrigeration, steam, flight, and dish machine experience (Level II)
  • Two years of ice machine installation, maintenance, & repair experience (Level II)
  • Two years of management, mentoring, and training experience (Level II)
