Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for reward advice to various corporate functions, including Boards of Directors/Supervisory Boards, Compensation and Benefits, and legal departments for both listed and unlisted companies.
As a Senior Associate, your main task will be to provide support in strategic reward advice for executives, including plan design, benchmarking, (ESG) target setting, governance, tax, implementation, and communication advice.
