Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $128,200 USD - $192,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $116,000 USD - $206,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years Federal Partner Management
  • 3+ years Business Development/Sales/Channel Management in Government/Regulated Industry
  • Experience leading SI and alliance partnerships
  • Experience recruiting new services partners in Federal market
  • Experience implementing key partner programs
  • Sales/Marketing experience with complex GTM initiatives
  • Organization and project management skills
  • Proven results in matrixed organizations
  • Cloud Technology, Data, Analytics, API, platform experience
  • Understanding of GTM motions
