Job Summary
This role will support a broad range of activities for Oaktree’s EMEA and APAC offices, including managing facilities for our Hyderabad office, managing projects including new office fit outs, lease negotiations, coordinating legal processes, and working cross-functionally with internal departments.
Oversee facilities management for the Hyderabad offices, serving as the primary point of contact for all Hyderabad building management, maintenance issues, and landlord communication.
Partner with Workplace Strategy, design firms, and external project managers to deliver real estate projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
