Job Summary
This opportunity entails leading business and client development efforts for a division or region including but not limited to client discovery, strategic relationship building, recruiting top talent, and supporting the Sophisticated Planning Approach (SPA) and/or Sophisticated Sales Approach (SSA).
In collaboration with Line Leadership, responsible for defining and executing growth strategies that increase HNTB’s market share in a region or division.
Identifies key recruiting needs and draft board candidates, fully leveraging professional networks and personal connections to bring industry best talent aligned with our culture and values.
