Job Summary

• Be a strategic business partner for Specialty Care business franchise and other corporate functions in Sanofi China, actively be involved in the design of collaboration, commercial or business strategies and business models for foundation business.
• Anticipate and digest relevant new legislations and enforcement trends, communicate with government authorities to understand the most recent regulatory development, and advise business team on the legal interpretation and opportunities for the company’s operations and business strategy.
• Lead China's participation in global major center of excellences (COE) as strategic bridge between global headquarters and the Greater China legal function, ensuring that COE requirements are effectively cascaded, localized, and implemented across the China organization.
