Job Summary

  • Perform daily activities in the Laboratory Department to ensure optimum efficiency and quality of plant operations.
  • The technician is responsible for the accurate analysis of products and ingredients during all phases of production to ensure adherence to specifications for quality and Food Safety.
  • At the direction of the Laboratory Manager, responds to quality problems and pursues and implements remedies to such problems.
