Salary
Base: $146,000 - $194,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Highly competitive equity grants included; Benefits: Top-tier benefits package available at little to no cost
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Certified TEMPEST Professional Level 2
7+ years EMI/EMC hardware design experience
PCB layout techniques for EMC compliance
Experience with Altium Designer or equivalent E-CAD tools
Knowledge of MIL-STD-461 and DO-160 standards
Nice-to-have
Strong mathematical background for simulation modeling
Ability to work in fast-paced multi-project environment
Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Familiarity with modern MCU, CPU, FPGA technologies
Key Requirements
Certified TEMPEST Professional (CTP Level 2)
Active U.S. Secret security clearance
7+ years professional hardware design experience
Proficiency in spectrum analyzers and LISN equipment
