Key Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Engineering or Technical discipline or 5+ years relevant experience
  • Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt or willingness to achieve
  • Prosci Change Practitioner accreditation or willingness
  • Experience leading business change in complex organisations
  • Experience with Agile Scrum Master or related methods
  • Knowledge of Energy sector preferred
