Key Requirements

  • Level I: Pharmacy technician license through Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy or eligible
  • Level II: Two years experience plus CPhT certification
  • Level III: Three years hospital/retail experience plus CPhT certification
  • Level IV: Four years experience or Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • Proof of legal authority to work in United States
