Base: $90,000 - $100,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary bonus; Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, mental health options, life insurance, PTO, parental leave

Key Requirements
5+ years Business Analyst experience
Bachelor's degree in Technology or business
Experience supporting enterprise ERP and CRM
Experience documenting end-to-end business processes
