Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing as necessary.
  • Participate in and receive the nursing report as instructed and perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
