• Minimum 8 years of project development experience
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience
• Bachelors degree in related field
• Experience originating and developing large-scale data center projects
• Proven problem-solver with track record of getting projects to NTP
• Experience with project real estate rights and land contracting
• Familiar with project grid interconnection process
• Familiar with data center requirements (fiber and water)
