You will apply for one overall Texas A&R Co-Op position which will provide eligibility for specific department opportunities across Manufacturing functions.
The role emphasizes practical application of Lean manufacturing principles—such as waste reduction, continuous improvement, and process standardization—along with conducting time studies and implementing line balancing to improve throughput and efficiency.

Key Requirements
Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year

Fluency in English
Experience working in a professional environment
