Key Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of legal experience
  • 2+ years advising institutional clients
  • Strong understanding of transaction settlement, clearing, securities lending, securities and derivatives regulation, and credit extensions
  • Qualified in UK, Singapore or comparable jurisdiction
