Job Summary

  • The Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for providing take-offs using sound estimating procedures, maintaining bid deadlines, following note project risk assessment, applying labor factors and price materials, and performing value engineering in preparation for contract negotiations.
  • Assist project leadership by investigating market potential and opportunities with a view to implementing established services and recommending additional opportunities.
  • The estimator will occasionally give direction to the estimating technicians.
