Job Summary
The Finance Manager role is responsible for external reporting, investment accounting, asset/portfolio acquisitions and disposals, and business partnering for our student and multifamily portfolios.
Key responsibilities include the production of all external financial reporting, preparation of investor and lender reporting, and ownership of asset/portfolio acquisition and disposals.
This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover.
