Job Summary

  • In this role, the Mammo Technologist will perform mammography in order to assist physicians in the diagnosis and/or treatment of medical disorders; performs related clerical and serviced duties.
  • Provides screening and Diagnostic breast exams and breast procedures to include US guided and Stereotactic biopsies, needle loc and clip placement.

Salary

$34.00 – $57.00 per hour

Key Requirements

  • Mammography, Radiologic Technology degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent training
  • ARRT Certification
  • CPR (AHA) Certification
  • Registered Radiographic Technologist (Mammography)
  • Must be able to perform 200 exams within a 24-month period
  • 40 hours of training in mammography
  • 25 mammography exams under direct supervision
