Job Summary
This role serves as the subject-matter expert (SME) for CAE’s Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Civilian Qualified Flying Instructor (CQFI) team, supporting the design of the Pilatus PC‑21 and Grob 120TP training programs.
You will be deeply involved in storyboard reviews, outline reviews, and final approvals across multiple development stages.
This is a temporary 3–5 year position, aligned with the completion of courseware and full training system implementation.

Key Requirements
Experience as an Instructor Pilot within the RCAF or comparable military training environment

Ability to obtain and maintain Level I security clearance
