The Lead Field Service Rep will lead the team tasked with on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various hardware systems, ensuring that all equipment meets DoD specifications.
This position will also support the development of hardware deployment schedules and consult with the technical team on hardware specifications.
The chosen candidate must be able to be able to work on-site at our Lorton, VA office and also be comfortable with travel as needed to various customer locations.
