Job Summary

  • Serve as a key liaison between the Pfizer US Vaccines Brand teams, Finance and strategic partners to ensure accurate, effective and efficient administration of A&P spend.
  • Execute day-to-day budget activities and meticulous records to include project creation, PO creation, maintaining documentation, and tracking of spend for auditing and compliance.
  • Learn and stay up to date in a variety of internal tools including Agency Management Processes / Agency of Record (AOR) project submission in Decideware, financial reporting system (SAP), project finance management systems (POD and Ariba), Vendor Maintenance, FUSE, invoice tracking (Taulia).
