Job Summary

  • This role ensures traveling customers are kept well-informed and in the right place at the right time while following strict safety and security procedures.
  • The supervisor is responsible for directing staff, resolving escalated customer concerns, and managing flight close-out procedures including baggage and ticketing issues.
