• The Producer Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of monthly milk payments to producers, monthly transportation payments to milk carriers, and monthly billing of milk sales to customers.
• This role manages complex accounting inputs, including milk volumes, component testing, lab analyses, and producer deductions, while ensuring strict compliance with Federal Milk Marketing Orders.
• The Specialist also supports broader financial operations by reviewing general ledger reconciliation of monthly milk accounting, validating data integrity, and assisting with operational and financial reporting.
