Job Summary

  • This is an onsite HR Business Partner role supporting one site, focused on maximizing employee engagement & culture, workforce stability, coaching managers, compliance & risk management, and talent development.
  • This role will collaborate with Ryder’s internal customers, HR Communities of Excellence (COE), Employee Services, Labor Relations, and the other HR Business Partner teams to focus collaboration and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business administration with HR concentration or related field, or additional 4 years of required experience
  • 2 years or more in employee relations or similar HR function
  • 2 years or more in HR generalist or similar functions
