  • Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering care and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
  • The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving, while ensuring a calm and positive environment throughout the unit.
