Job Summary
Manage the supplier claim settlement process, ensuring compliance with the Supplier Obsolescence Policy and maintaining standard work for claim submission, verification, audit, and settlement.
Validate claim completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required documentation and evidence are present, and assign claims to the Purchase team for negotiation and settlement.
Coordinate with various internal departments including Purchasing, Plant MP&L, PD/PVT, LVEA, FCSD, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to support audits, validations, and disposition decisions.
