Job Summary
Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities to help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment.
Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers, works to de-escalate customer situations, and ensures store locations are clean, well-kept, and reflect the Goodwill brand appropriately.
You will be eligible for a comprehensive Total Rewards package, 1st of the month following 60 days of employment that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.

Base: $47,000.00 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Monthly performance bonus of up to $1,000; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO
