Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years HR experience
  • Strong employee relations and investigation skills
  • Experience supporting multiple business groups/locations
  • Knowledge of federal, state, local labor laws
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to HR education
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
