Job Summary

• This role is accountable for the holistic design of Engineering tooling, SDLC workflows, AI Powered Engineering (AIPE) interactions, and Platform as Product experiences.
• The Principal Product Designer will shape how engineers experience internal platforms and AI-enabled workflows—ensuring they are usable, coherent, scalable, and aligned to engineering standards and business outcomes.
• This is a systems design leadership role, responsible for defining experience strategy, interaction models, usability principles, and adoption frameworks across a complex internal ecosystem.
