Intel is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities at its Penang Assembly and Test Manufacturing site. The role requires a strong background in program management, engineering, and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful product launches

Job Summary

  • This role serves as the single program owner accountable for planning, executing, and delivering complex, cross functional NPI programs from early engineering builds through high volume manufacturing, balancing schedule, cost, quality, and risk to meet product launch and customer commitments.
  • The Technical Program Manager will lead cross functional startup teams spanning engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, tooling, and external partners while acting as the primary interface for Division/customer, TD, and VF stakeholders.
  • The position requires providing clear, concise, and timely communication to technical teams and senior leadership while maintaining transparency on program status, risks, and recovery plans in a fast paced, high ambiguity environment.
