Job Summary

  • Act as a subject matter expert for the country, managing stakeholder relationships and processing full end-to-end payroll including statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance.
  • Focus on KPIs and SLAs, implement and improve processes, mentor and support payroll specialists, and back up regional managers during absences.
