  • You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams for multiple customers to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements, translating complex workflows into clear process documentation.
  • The role involves supporting SaaS delivery project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery, while building strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders.
