  • Day to day, Account Executives are focused on pure acquisition—selling the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform to net-new logos, building pipeline from scratch, and establishing trust with key decision-makers.
  • Salesforce heavily invests in employee development with a month-long immersion and onboarding, including product bootcamps, mentorship programs, and weekly coaching sessions.
