Job Summary
The position oversees delivery and operational management of food, environmental and security services across the campus of War Memorial Hospital.
The manager requires the skills to oversee the delivery of high-quality nutritional services provision to patients, ensure a high and consistent standard of cleaning in line with infection control and NSW Health/Uniting cleaning policy and leadership of security and alarm processes across the campus.
This role additionally has links into South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) and also Uniting for hotel related service and networks.
