Job Summary

  • Develop and execute the enterprise People Data & Insights strategy aligned with HR and business priorities.
  • Deliver trusted, consumable, decision-ready workforce insights through standardized dashboards, descriptive reports, and consultative analytic projects for HR and business.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the PD&I team by building capabilities in analytics, visualization, consulting, storytelling skills, and HR domain expertise.
