The IT Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the Ontario Convention Center Information Technology environments to assure system integrity and availability.
The IT Manager is expected to supervise, direct, plan, schedule and monitor all aspects of Event support and direct user support.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on venue technology and moving the business forward.

Key Requirements
BS in IT or Computer Science preferred
5+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk
Microsoft O365 Administration experience
Cloud based Phone systems experience
wired and wireless networking engineering experience
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
